What to expect when scheduling your appointment

  1. After scheduling an appointment, you will automatically receive an intake form that you must complete and submit.
  2. At your appointment, you will meet with our certified cannabis physician, Dr. Charlie Booras, as well as our certified cannabis educator, Peter Booras.
