BoorasMD was founded by brothers Charlie Booras, MD, a certified medical cannabis physician, and Peter W. Booras, a cannabis dosing specialist.
Their work is deeply personal. In 2013, Peter began developing and carefully dosing cannabis-based preparations for their father, who had been diagnosed with ALS, and their mother, who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Their father went on to live seven more years, while their mother became more present, communicative, and engaged with her family.
Those experiences inspired Charlie and Peter to help others navigate medical cannabis with knowledge, care, and a thoughtful, individualized approach.
Charlie and Peter want to share their knowledge and passion for medical cannabis while improving health outcomes for clients with qualified medical conditions. They want to make sure you are well educated regarding exactly what products to use and how to use them.
